Return
Customers can return the item unused and in its original package within 30 days of purchase after notifying the Xerlaser customer support team at Support@getXerlaser.com. No return will be accepted without a return authorization from Xerlaser.
Refund
The customer will be subject to the return shipping fee and receive a refund if the package is in the proper condition. The returning item may be subject to a 10% or higher restocking fee if the return reason does not involve factory defects or if the item or package is damaged. The customer support team will issue the refund within 2 business days after an agreement is reached or the returned product is received.
If there is a factory defect and the customer wants a return within 30 days from the product arrival date, Xerlaser will be taking care of all the shipping and no restocking fee will be charged.
Why do we charge a 10% or higher restocking fee?
If the package is opened, we will have to sell the item as used at a discount. (10%)
If the item is damaged, we need to repair the functional damage and sell the item at a bigger discount because of the cosmetic damages. (Higher discount)
After 30 days
If the product is not defective and the customer hasn't asked for a return after 30 days after the product arrives, Xerlaser will not accept any returns at this point.
If the product is defective, Xerlaser will replace the defective parts or the product entirely within the warranty period.
